Wexford GAA Health and Wellbeing

As per directive from Croke Park, the annual meeting for Club Health & Wellbeing Officers will take place in Wexford GAA Park on 31st July at 8.00pm. The purpose of the meeting will be identifying and sharing good practices within the Wexford GAA Health & Wellbeing Community.

Guest speaker will be Mary Beary from Wexford town. Mary speaks frankly about the heroin addiction which claimed the life of her son Martin. Mary, will have copies of her book "Healing, The Long Road Back" on the night.

Lisa Nangle, Buffers Alley GAA Club and Elaine Banville, Shelmaliers GAA Club will be present on the night. Elaine and Lisa are both Health Promotion Officers with the HSE.

If your Health & Wellbeing Officer is unable to attend meeting, please send along a representative.
